Our founder, Eric Wallen, began his career with HM Associates where he was an integral part of the IT recruiting business. After developing his skills, he then became the manager of the IT recruiting team and was responsible for training recruiters as well as the continued growth of the technology recruiting business. 

Eric then left to start Primary Search Management in 1995 and has been helping grow technology teams ever since.
